Service Description

Description of Service

Social Housing sheltered accommodation: for customers over 60 years or with medial need for sheltered accommodation. There are 48 units in total, 37 one bed roomed flats, 9 two bed roomed flats, 1 bed bungalow and 1 three bed roomed house. The scheme consists of several blocks of which most are served by a lift to the upper floors. Communal building situated in the middle of the scheme. Stay Independent: self-contained apartments one or two bedrooms with lounge, kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom. 24-hour support: access support anytime by calling our contact centre or by speaking to onsite staff. Outside agencies: we have good links and communication with other support providers and Hartlepool Borough Council so the right care can be accessed when identifying individual needs. Community: use of all on-site facilities and activities. We try to create a sociable and friendly community.

Is there a cost for this service?

Rent and service charges can be discussed on an individual basis. If you are in receipt of care you will be assessed through Adult Social Services and advised what contribution you will pay towards the cost of the care received.

Opening Times

Burbank Court is not open to the general public. If you would like a tour or to view this scheme please contact the support officer on site 01429 860409 between the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:00pm on Friday.
