Pool Together @Home is a social enterprise, all our profits go back into our work and to helping our community, but we do charge for our services. Costs vary according to the type of work, but we are always clear about costs and will never add charges without your consent.

We will:

• Always explain costs clearly
• Never add extra charges without your agreement

What Happens Next

After you complete this form:

• We will contact you
• If we think we can help, we will arrange a visit to your home (or a family member’s home)

Visits are always by appointment.
We will never arrive without letting you know first.

Your Safety

• All our team wear ID badges with a photo, our logo, and contact details
• Please do not let anyone into your home unless you are sure who they are
• If you are unsure, call us straight away and we will confirm if they work for us

Our Approach

We need to visit you to understand and cost the support needed.
There is no pressure to agree to anything.

We will:

• Clearly explain what we can offer
• Leave the final decision up to you

• Our staff are trained, checked, and DBS checks are completed where appropriate
