Priory Court is for customers over 60 years with a support need or with a medical need for sheltered accommodation. We are on the Headland, close to local shops, bus route and beach. There are 45 properties within this scheme with some blocks serviced by stair lifts to the upper floor. The apartments consist of living room, kitchen, bedroom/s, bathroom and passage. If you want to stay independent there are self-contained apartments of one or two bedrooms with lounge, kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom. We try to create a sociable and friendly community.

There are stair lifts to the upper floors within each block, also wheelchair accessible in the communal building. All flats have Tunstall alarm system. There is a door entry system to each flat at the entrance of the building. We can provide support, advice and access to adaptations for each tenants individual needs. Communal areas are also accessible for our Tenants diverse needs.
