Sanctuary Supported Living

Sanctuary Supported Living: We provide support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who require support to increase their confidence and develop their skills, so they can learn to live independently. Through quality support and housing services, we help clients gain the life skills they need to build the foundations for independent living. Sanctuary housing manages general needs, rented housing and shared ownership accommodation across England, reflecting the needs and aspirations of our customers and delivering services at a competitive cost. Sanctuary Care: with a range of purpose built and extensively refurbished homes, we offer the highest standard of care for our residents, including those needing specialist dementia and nursing support.

Meals are not provided, however client involvement meals would be culturally sensitive. Around the project we have language assistance posters and within the company we have access to a language profile, which is made up from the culturally diverse workforce employed by Sanctuary.

Referrals can be via and of the support agencies such as HART, Lifeline, Mind, Hartlepool Housing, Probation and HMP. Waiting list can vary/we would commence pre tenancy support with access to the project once accepted onto the waiting list.
