Supporting you
Our team are committed to understanding each person's unique needs, preferences, and wishes. Everyone is encouraged to become involved in the daily running of the home, and building essential living skills.
Facilities
Five Penny House is a detached property with six bedrooms – one bedroom has en-suite facilities, and the bedrooms on the upper floor can be accessed using a stair lift.
Our communal areas include a dining room, conservatory, and a large lounge where housemates can spend time with others and take part in activities. There is a large, enclosed garden with a lawn and patio area, which provides a pleasant place to relax.
Five Penny House is close to Hartlepool town centre with good public transport links. We encourage everyone to make use of local amenities and be as independent as possible.
We visit shops, pubs and clubs as well as attending local events.
The wider area has many leisure facilities which allow individuals to take part in a variety of activities; this includes a swimming pool.
