Description of Service

Penderels Trust offers advice, guidance and practical solutions to enable people with disabilities and older people to live independently in their own homes, to achieve their goals in life and to help them play an active part in their community. We are a not for profit organisation and have been a leading provider of advice and guidance for over twenty years.

We have new offices premises located on the ground floor that has a built in ramp straight into our reception area. We also have DDA compliant toilet facilities.

Is there accessible parking on site?

Parking directly outside of the office is pay and display, however there is free parking available over the road outside Adult Education/Streamline Taxis (restricted to 30 minutes).

Yes we have a DDA compliant toilet.

We support several clients in Hartlepool with different religious/cultural beliefs helping them to understand information. If a client needed help with interpretation we source on behalf of the client.

Is a referral required to access your service?
Yes
Please give further details

A referral form is normally completed by a client's social worker and sent via email, hand delivered or via post. Once received we would arrange an appointment (joint visit with the social worker if required) to visit the client. We would also accept private funders who would just need to contact our office to arrange support.
