Kilmarnock Road Children & Young People Family Resource Centre
A community centre based on the Owton Manor Estate in Hartlepool, offering a range of services and activities for children and adults of all ages. We can provide access to benefits advice via West View Advice and Resource Centre, we have youth club facilities available four evenings a week covering the age range from 5 to 17 years of age. In addition we offer free food every Monday via the Food Cycle.

Access to benefits advice on a Tuesday from 9am till 12pm, on a drop in basis and form filling on a Wednesday from 9am till 12pm on a drop in basis.
