We want to work with you to share ideas about how the council: • recruits staff • buys (commissions) services that support people • can improve services within Hartlepool

Together, we will explore how things can work better and how we can influence change.

Who can come? • people who use support • family members and carers • people with lived experience • anyone who wants to help improve how staff are recruited and services are provided

What we will do • talk about what being treated as human means • share good and bad experiences • design ideas for attracting and keeping good staff • create ideas for better services • build proposals to send to Hartlepool Council
