Working through Age Concern the Connections Café will be holding twice monthly drop in meeting accessible to anyone aged 50+. The aim of the pop up cafes is to provide a safe space for those who may be on their own, to connect, access service etc. The drop in session will be on the 2nd and 4th Monday afternoon of the month in the Café area at Community Hub Central.
