Event description
Our class involves a set of short warm up exercises involving stretching followed by a short Qigong exercise that changes every couple of weeks to keep things interesting.
Then for the main event we practice our Tai Chi sets from mainly based on the standardised forms from Chen Village with additional explanation of what each move is and how it would be used.
We also cover fan form and sword forms as well as two person open hand drills on occasion.
Classes are for adults only and are ran weekly.
