It’s been another busy month for our group, we purchased some artificial grass to enable us to play indoor bowls as a friend had donated at least 6 sets of bowls. The group have had the opportunity to play several games, which was tremendous fun and brilliant to see so many getting involved.

Reading champs receive their reward created by Hartlepool Borough Council published on 13 September 2019

Young bookworms in Hartlepool have received special praise after reaching a personal reading milestone.  Children aged four to 11 from across the town were invited to take part in a Summer Reading Challenge at the town's community hubs and libraries to increase youngsters' interest in books and boost their literacy.
