Generally we feel unwell during winter time as we spend more time indoors and coughs and colds are passed around our family, friends and colleagues at work. If you are normally healthy there are many winter ailments and illnesses that can be easily treated at home with the aid of some common sense advice and a range of medicines you can buy from a shop or local pharmacy.

A national campaign to help people prepare for winter weather has been launched by NHS England and Public Health England. The message is to stay well this winter and to encourage people most at risk from cold weather, including those with long-term health conditions and the over 65s, to prepare for the lower temperatures.

We are now in the final phase of the construction of the new Hartlepool CIL and all our efforts are now around focussing on the finishing touches to the building, in particular focussing on things like colour schemes, carpets and furniture etc.
