We’ll shortly be opening our Warm Spaces Support Fund, offering small, flexible grants of £250–£1,000 to support grassroots organisations delivering warm hubs and warm spaces this winter.
The fund will be open from 29 June 2026 to 7 August 2026 (please note this may close early if a high volume of applications is received).
The aim of the fund is to help groups maintain, enhance or expand their existing warm space provision, ensuring local people have access to somewhere safe, warm and welcoming during colder months.
This pilot will focus on organisations based in:
- Middlesbrough
- Hartlepool
- The City of Kingston upon Hull
- Bradford
Who this is for
We are particularly keen to reach small, community-led organisations with:
- An annual income under £10,000
- At least 12 months of activity
- An existing warm hub/space offering (e.g. regular sessions, hot drinks, safe space)
The fund is intentionally flexible, so groups can apply for what will make the biggest difference to their service.
How you can help
As a key partner working with the voluntary and community sector, we would really appreciate your help to:
- Share this opportunity through your newsletters, networks and mailing lists
- Signpost any eligible groups you work with
- Help us reach smaller or less-connected organisations who may not usually apply for funding
