Hartlepool Technology for Care is provided in partnership between Hartlepool Borough Council and Taking Care and North Tees and Hartlepool Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Taking Care has been providing telecare services for more than 35 years. Since 2008 alone, they have helped 180,000 people stay safe in their homes, supporting customers and their families across the UK.

Taking Care are TSA Quality Standards Framework (QSF) accredited to ensure their services are delivered to the highest standards. Their dedicated team will always be on hand to support you when you need them. Taking Care is a subsidary of AXA Health, a leading UK private healthcare company with over 80 years' experience in providing healthcare products and services.
