The Health Bus is a travelling health advice service run by Hartlepool Families First.  It offers free blood pressure checks, general health advice, sexual health advice and free condoms.

Health Bus staff, supported by NHS health trainers and colleagues from the People's Access to Health (PATH) project, offer free lifestyle advice and help to make changes which could lower your risk of developing long term conditions such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and stroke.

 Health Bus timetable

The Health Bus visits a different location each morning and afternoon, every day of the week.  For an up-to-date timetable, visit the Health Bus page on the Hartlepool Families First website.
