The Health Bus is a travelling health advice service run by Hartlepool Families First https://www.hartlepoolfamiliesfirst.org.uk/ . It offers free blood pressure checks, general health advice, sexual health advice and free condoms.
Health Bus staff, supported by NHS health trainers and colleagues from the People's Access to Health (PATH) project, offer free lifestyle advice and help to make changes which could lower your risk of developing long term conditions such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and stroke.
