NCT will be launching services around Hartlepool to support with Infant Feeding and Perinatal Mental Health Support.
More details to be announced soon.

NCT's charitable mission dates back over 65 years. We have a proud history of supporting parents through all stages of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Specifically in relation to infant feeding, we have a strong and vibrant network of Breastfeeding Counsellors and peer supporters throughout the UK helping parents to navigate the challenges of all types of infant feeding. We provide evidence-based information to parents and support their decisions on infant feeding in a non-biased, inclusive way. Our For Every Parent strategy details our vision, mission, values and pillars that drive our work: our strategy.

Our free to access Infant Feeding Line, which is open from 8am midnight every day, receives calls at all hours from parents and carers looking for support with feeding their baby. We also run a network of Baby Cafes throughout the UK. These are safe, supportive spaces where parents can ask questions and learn more about all types of infant feeding in their local community.

NCT has grown its commissioned provision of infant feeding support over the last 15 years and we now successfully deliver infant feeding services across a number of areas in the UK including Lothian, Glasgow, Peterborough, Hounslow, Newham and are mobilising 2 new contracts in Hartlepool and Hackney, alongside the Lancashire project. We are trusted provider of infant feeding support services as well as onsite support at a number of NHS Hospital Trusts.

Our established, trusted, supportive infant feeding services are built upon strong foundations, which include a long and proud history of delivering antenatal courses to expectant parents throughout the UK. We are incredibly proud of our infant feeding support services and were delighted to be awarded the contract to support parents across Lancashire with feeding their babies and infants.
