NEPACS

Our mission: To support and enhance the lives of people as they navigate the justice or
social care systems, ensuring they always have someone trusted by their side, aiding
understanding, facilitating wellbeing and promoting positive choices.

Our services include:
- a north east helpline for individuals impacted by the criminal justice system
- support at court for defendants and their families/loved ones
- visitors centre services at all north east prisons
- projects for children and young people impacted by imprisonment or living in care
- specialist support for individuals subject to probation services or in prison and their families/significant others
- independent visitor services for children and young people living in care
- support for care leavers in custody and the community
- training for individuals working with children or families including hidden sentence, care leaver and parental rights training.
