Aqua Beats at Mill House Leisure Centre is a high-energy, full body water aerobics workout combining cardio and toning exercises set to fun, upbeat music both old and new. Archery at Summerhill

Summerhill's adult archery sessions are suitable for beginners; these sessions are aimed at individuals and are not appropriate for group bookings. Baby Massage at Rossmere Children's Centre

Baby Massage is available at Rossmere Children's Centre on Thursday mornings from 10.00am - 11.00am in four week blocks and is suitable for babies up to the age of 6 months. The result is a fixed gear bike (like a track bike) – your legs are constantly moving and you have to apply pressure to slow them down.

BoxFit - Mill House Sports Centre

BoxFit at Mill House Sports Centre is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting between 45 minutes to one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning. Bums and Tums at Belle Vue Centre

Bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. The Belle Vue Centre has two classes a week; on Tuesdays between 6.00pm - 6.45pm and on Thursdays between 5.15pm and 6.00pm.

Cancer Support Group

Come along to this friendly group for a cuppa and a chat, open to anyone affected by cancer. Whether you have fought it, are facing it or you are a friend or family member currently supporting or dealing with the loss of a loved one, you are not alone! Therapeutic exercise support available. Mindskills Recovery College Hartlepool Peer Groups offering peer supported activity to help you learn new skills, make links to your local community, be more social and reach your own recovering goals. Spinning at Belle Vue Centre

An hour-long Spin class can burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories depending on the intensity of the instructor and the amount that you push yourself. It relies on a combination of fast-paced cycling and strategic lighter rest intervals to get you recovered for the next burst. Most spinning classes last around 40 minutes so you’ll be burning about 400-600 calories per class.

Fusion Café was established in February 2006. It is a partnership venture between local agencies involved in Dementia Care. Clevearc are the lead agency but are supported regularly by staff from Stockton's integrated mental health service and Avalon. It is held on the last Friday of the month.

Legs, Tums and Bums - Brierton Sports Centre

Legs, Bums and Tums class focuses on a range of lower body exercises to shape and tone thighs, buttocks and stomachs. The Stag and Monkey are running a Lunch Club every Monday afternoon from 2.00-4.00pm. Summerhill Country Park Volunteer Task Day

Summerhill Country Park in Hartlepool is a Local Nature Reserve and Outdoor Activity Centre.
