Level 2 Award in Youth Work - Session 2 - Group 2

This qualification is ideal for new volunteers, part-time youth workers, or individuals who are relatively new to working with young people, providing the basics to ensure safe and effective practice. Learners will complete units in Theory of Youth Work, Engaging and Communicating, Safeguarding, and Young Person’s Development.

Please note: ‘Introduction to Youth Work’ is a prerequisite for this course.

These courses are funded by the Local Youth Transformation Fund and are available to Hartlepool-based organisations working with secondary school-aged young people up to 19 years old (or up to 25 years for those with Special Educational Needs).
