Never Throw In The Towel

We are celebrating one year of Never Throw In The Towel men's retreats by announcing Seaton Carew as our first permanent location - led by Alexander Gray! Anthony Hutton will be there to do an official handover. This is going to be a great event and a lot of men are attending, there is no need to sign up, just turn up. There are a variety of different activities for you to join in, such as: Walk & Talk, HIIT Workout led by Pete Tritsch, Breath Walk and a Cold Water Dip. We also offer a bacon sandwich and a coffee at Larry's Lanes. Come along and do as much or as little as you want. The mission is to tackle and fight against men's suicide and our message is 'talking is a strength not weakness'. Please bring with you footwear for a sandy beach walk, swimwear, a towel and water.
