Save a baby's life workshop

This mother's day empower yourself with the knowledge to save a baby's or a child's life at Mill House Leisure Centre by RLSS. Join our trained instructors for a vital session on basic life support skills, learn to act swiftly and efficiently like choking, drowning or if a baby stops breathing. Through hands on practice with a life like baby manikin you'll master CPR and first aid techniques that could make all the difference. Don't miss this opportunity to gain confidence in your ability to protect the little ones.
