Hartlepool Carers invite you to come along to their day of Community Celebrations! If you are a Carer for a member of your family or a friend, please come along to enjoy cooking demonstrations and a magic show, or join a relaxation workshop; and all are welcome to a free lunch ! If you would like to book your free lunch, please call Hartlepool Carers on (01429) 283095. There will be information and guidance available for Carers on Benefits, and other support available locally.
