The PFC Trust 5K Change Maker Challenge

The PFC Trust 5K Change Maker Challenge is an exciting new grant initiative launching in March, created to empower community groups, charities, and sports clubs that are making a real difference across our communities.

This innovative fund invites organisations to apply in a fresh and engaging way by submitting a 60-second video showcasing their project, their passion, and the impact they could achieve with funding support.

From all applications received, three finalists will be shortlisted and invited to take centre stage at the prestigious Green & Blue Ball, where their videos will be played live to celebrate their work and inspire our guests.

On the night, the following awards will be announced:

🏆 One Change Maker – £5,000 grant
🥈🥉 Two Runners-Up – £1,000 grant each
