Burbank Court
Burbank Court sheltered accommodation is for customers over 60 years or with medial need for sheltered accommodation.
Sheltered housing focuses on freedom and flexibility, offering a home of your own and support facilities if and when you need them.
On-site support officers are available to assist with housing management, co-ordinating repairs, allocating apartments, responding to general queries and maintaining the health and safety of the building.
There are 48 units in total, 37 one bed roomed flats, 9 two bed roomed flats, 1 bed bungalow and 1 three bed roomed house. The scheme consists of several blocks of which most are served by a lift to the upper floors. Communal building situated in the middle of the scheme.
If you want to stay independent, self-contained apartments of one or two bedrooms with lounge, kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom are available. We try to create a sociable and friendly community.
