During 2014/15 we delivered greater change for people affected by Dementia then ever before. We supported hundreds of thousands of people affected by Dementia through our information services, National Dementia Helpline and local services. We had a record investment in research and reached our first 1 million Dementia Friends.
The NHS wants to help keep people healthy. This could lower their chances of getting Dementia - symptoms caused by serious brain disease. Many people don't know what they do everyday can help keep a healthy brain. The good news is that it's never too late to act.
