Description of Service
The service is for adults with mental health needs in receipt of direct payments or other forms of self-directed support funding.
Creative Support provides bespoke packages of support to people with direct payments and other forms of self-directed support funding. We can support you to: get out and about on a one to one basis, budget effectively, take part in group or one to one day or evening activities and trips, access benefits, pay utility bills, go shopping, attend hospital or other important appointments, access appropriate housing, develop coping strategies, achieve and other identified needs in your support plan. We also provide traditional domiciliary care services to people aged 18 or over. This includes help in the home with tasks that you might find difficult, such as preparing meals, administering medication and other aspects of personal care.
All of our services are fully compliant in all CQC essential standards. We offer access to advice 24 hours a day 365 days a year via our out of hours on call service and provide and operate a safeguarding report centre with a senior practitioner who is on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
