Description of Service
The Assistive Technology Team provides support to older and vulnerable customers in the Hartlepool area. Through the use of technology, the team is able to provide a monitoring and response service for customers who are in need of a medical or social intervention. The team also provides a Telecare service in Hartlepool in conjunction with Adult Social Services, providing an enhanced level to the basic alarm service with the ability to provide personal care.
