Albany Court
Albany Court is an extra care complex which is close to the town centre, off Grange Road and within walking distance of Middleton Grange Shopping Centre and local bus routes. There is also shopping available in Middleton Street. There are several churches in the area, both Grayfields Recreation Ground and Ward Jackson Park are within walking distance
We have 28 one and two bed roomed self contained apartments with lounge, kitchen and level access bathrooms. There are also 10 two bed roomed bungalows surrounding the scheme, which benefit from front and rear gardens. 4 of the apartments are fully adapted, with rise and fall kitchen units and fully adapted bathrooms.
There is a scheme manager on site from 8:30am until 5pm Monday to Friday who can offer advice and support.
There is also a communal garden, our aim is to try and create a sociable and friendly community.

The building is wheelchair accessible. The building has fob access and door entry with camera to individual apartments. We can provide support, advice and access to adaptation for each tenants individual needs. Communal areas are also accessible for our Tenants diverse needs.

We meet individual tenants needs where possible. We have and can refer into services when requested by our residents to arrange for them at their request to access holy communion in their own homes.

All referrals are via Hartlepool Borough Council's Social Services Department, and as vacancies arise, they are assessed on the needs of both the applicant and the care/support needs within the scheme.
