Beaumont Hill Academy
Our school is a specialist provider for children with special educational needs aged 2 - 19. Children who attend this school will usually have a Statement of Educational Need or an Education, Health and Care Plan. We cater for students with complex learning needs, students with autistic spectrum conditions and others with identified social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Beaumont Hill is an exciting and dynamic school in which there are opportunities for every child to succeed in their own way. We offer a curriculum that meets the very diverse needs of all our learners, while providing opportunities for inclusive activities and enhanced social experiences. The large staff group includes teachers, teaching assistants, Speech & Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Family Support Workers. Together, this multi -disciplinary team work to combine the educational, health and care needs so that each and every child has a distinctive programme designed to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. Our skilled staff offer different curriculum provision, expert teaching and support to children of all abilities. Their knowledge and understanding of the special needs of each child ensures that every child can succeed.
