Migrant Help

Migrant Help is a national charity that has been assisting people affected by displacement and exploitation for more than 50 years. It assists asylum seekers, refugees and survivors of modern slavery across the UK, giving them the tools to overcome trauma, navigate the complex immigration systems and settle into new communities. The charity is passionate about promoting the value migrants bring to the UK and enabling the people it supports to reach their full potential.

Migrant Help provides the following services:

• Asylum services – independent advice and guidance to assist asylum seekers in the UK on their own language on topics such as:
• How to claim asylum
• Navigating the asylum process
• Applying for asylum support including accommodation
• Notifying the Home Office asylum support team of a change in circumstance
• Signposting for legal representative

• Advice and support to victims of modern slavery and human trafficking

• Refugee resettlement

• EU Settlement Scheme advice and guidance
