Hartlepool Railway Station

There is only one platform and no major access difficulties. There is step free access from the car park to the station entrance, with approximately 70 unmarked spaces and a ticket machine. There is secure bicycle parking on the station platform.

There are accessible train ticket machines at this station.

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:25pm
Saturday 7:00am - 6:25pm
Sunday Closed
Ticket Gates are in operating during staffing hours to deter anti-social access onto the station. At other times they are left open so there is level access for wheelchair customers at all times.

Ticket office staff, during staffing hours, will help if assistance is prebooked. At other times please ask the Train Conductor if you need help getting on or off the train.
