At Grosvenor Gardens retirement housing scheme in Hartlepool, we offer 12 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom purpose-built properties for rent for people over the age of 55.
The property is situated close to Hartlepool and has excellent transport links to the town centre, Stockton and Middlesbrough. The local shops are within walking distance and include a small supermarket, a post office, library, dentist, hairdressers and cafes. There is a doctor's surgery within walking distance. Other local amenities include pubs, a pharmacy and the nearby award winning Hartlepool Marina.
You will not need to worry about maintenance and repairs or gardening upkeep as we take care of those. We provide a number of facilities including a communal garden and a secure car park that can accommodate eight cars.
