Description of Service

Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind is a leading local charity supporting people in many different ways to have good mental health and wellbeing. We have been operating for 25 years and help approximately 8000 a year. Our staff and volunteers have vast experience in the field making us experts in what we do.

It is estimated by the Health and Safety Executive that work related Stress, Anxiety or Depression account for over half of all working days lost due to ill health in Great Britain.

Wellbeing Works provides cost effective training and consultancy to meet the individual needs of your business. We work with all organisations; big or small, across all sectors, at a time and place that suits you.

If you are concerned about mental health related sickness in your workplace and would like support to improve and nurture staff wellbeing, or increase awareness about mental wellbeing in your workforce – we can help!

Is there a cost for this service?

Cost of the courses vary's on the length of the session you want, how many people you want it for and where you want it - i.e. in house at your place of work or in the community. Please contact us directly for pricing information or see our price guide on the website.

Opening Times

We can be flexible regarding when you would like a course to be delivered, in some cases this can be on an evening or Saturday
