School Uniform Scheme

The Children's Hub have a free school uniform recycling scheme and can help if you are struggling to afford uniforms for your children. We have a range of good quality clothing in different sizes/colours. The Children's Hub takes donations of unwanted clothing, launders it and then offers it back free of charge to parents who need uniforms for their children. We welcome further donations of good quality clothing such as trousers, skirts, dresses, shirts, polo shirts, sweaters and sports kit - with or without school logos - and, in particular, items of secondary school uniform. If you would like to access the scheme please get in touch and arrange to come into the Civic Centre to see what we can offer. A number of schools in Hartlepool also operate their own uniform recycling schemes, we are aware of the following: •St Joseph's RC Primary School •Clavering Primary School •Throston Primary School The following schools may have limited numbers of some items but do not currently operate a recycling scheme: •Springwell School •Kinglsey Primary School For more information contact the schools directly.
