Green Links

A programme of outdoor activities for those living with Dementia in Hartlepool. Launching in Hartlepool on Wednesday 7th March. Our award winning Green Links programme offers FREE outdoor activities, in a friendly setting, where people living with Dementia (and carers) can socialise and take part in meaningful activities.

Healthwatch Hartlepool Community Engagement

Healthwatch Hartlepool are holding a number of community engagement events in July. Members of the public are invited to come along and tell Healthwatch about their experiences good or bad, of health and social care services.

Staying Out

Staying Out is a project delivered by ARC. ARC offers a creative programme of activity on Wednesdays providing an alternative to day care for clients where they can be creative, learn new skills and engage in social interaction.

Young at Heart ULO and In Our Shoes

Young at Heart ULO is an activity and social group for people with memory problems or dementia. The group are supported and encouraged to take part in a range of activities that promote creativity, cognitive stimulation and physical activity, as well as engaging socially with other group members.

Vintage Afternoon Tea

If would like to support someone living with Dementia, we are holding a Vintage Afternoon Tea on Saturday 20th October 2018. Featuring singer Simon Carter the event begins at 3.00pm and is held at TS3 Community Church in Middlesbrough. There is secure, free car parking and disabled access on site.

Dementia Awareness Sessions

The Dementia Friendly Hartlepool project aims to develop Hartlepool as a nationally recognised dementia friendly community. We want to ensure that: -People living with dementia are able to remain active and involved in their communities. - The local community will be aware of and understand more about dementia
