Spinning - Brierton Sports Centre

Spinning at Brierton Sports Centre is a high intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary machine with a weighted flywheel that is linked to the pedals. You'll ride to music, get lean, burn calories & improve your fitness!

Spinning at Belle Vue Centre

An hour-long Spin class can burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories depending on the intensity of the instructor and the amount that you push yourself. It relies on a combination of fast-paced cycling and strategic lighter rest intervals to get you recovered for the next burst. Most spinning classes last around 40 minutes so you’ll be burning about 400-600 calories per class.

Spinning - Mill House Sports Centre

Spinning at Mill House Sports Centre is a high intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary machine with a weighted flywheel that is linked to the pedals. The result is a fixed gear bike (like a track bike) – your legs are constantly moving and you have to apply pressure to slow them down. You'll ride to music, get lean, burn calories & improve your fitness!

Strong by Zumba at Mill House Leisure Centre

No, it's not a dance class! It's a revolutionary high-intensity workout led by the music. This class has it all - burpees, squats, martial arts and more! In this class you'll learn to workout to the beat rather than counting reps and sets. In a 60 minute workout you'll burn calories and tone muscles at the same time.
