Tai Chi & Qigong Class

Event description

We practice Chen style Tai Chi and Qigong. Class involves a short set of warm up exercises followed by a qigong that changes every couple of weeks. We then practice Chen village Taijiquan of various forms with explanation of the movements and their uses and finish with a warm down exercise. We cover weapons and fan forms and have been known to cover open hand two person training drills.

Costs

  • Four Pounds Per Session, Session Lasts 1 Hour
