The HIIT Spin class is shorter in duration but higher in intensity. This type of training is very intense but HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is brilliant for reducing work out time while increasing fat burn.
All of our sessions can be booked by phone or in person - please be aware that many of our sessions have limited places so book well in advance to avoid disappointment!
