Pilates at Mill House Leisure Centre is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance.
Mat-based Pilates is a series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The main aim is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination.
All of our sessions can be booked by phone or in person - please be aware that many of our sessions have limited places so book well in advance to avoid disappointment!
