Water Mobility at Mill House Leisure Centre are a gentle water based exercise class aimed at those people with back and joint problems that find it difficult to exercise on land. It provides a full body workout aimed at improving movement in painful joints without the stresses of weight bearing exercise.
Water's natural buoyancy gently supports joints to encourage free movement as you work against resistance in all directions and not just gravity.
