Hartlepool Carers are proud to host their annual Awards Evening, held on the 14th June 2019 at The AVenue, on Lauder Street, Hartlepool from 7.00pm. until late. Celebrating their 25 anniversary Hartlepool Carers want to celebrate with you, and acknowledge those outstanding individuals that make your life easier and happier. Categories for awards include, Adult Carer of the Year, Young Carer of the Year and Parent Carer of the Year and there are more categories to choose from. We look forward to seeing you there!
