The Community Connectors in Hartlepool are inviting you to drop in to any of our informal Healthy Walks & Social Groups! A short morning walk is followed by an hours social group activities, and the opportunity for a cup of tea and a chat!
The walk from Community Hub Central takes in Burn Valley Gardens, beautiful at any time of the year, and the social group are relaxed, friendly and very welcoming.
