Traditional Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi brings great health benefits, which include reduced stress levels, self confidence, well-being, relaxation, improved joint mobility, improved inner and external balance, meditation, Chi (energy) development, general toning of the body and if people want to develop further, self-defence.
Tai Chi is an internal martial art, as apposed to Karate, Taekwondo or Aikido which are external martial arts. The difference is based on the use of the body and the energy (Chi) to power the exercise or self-defence application rather than the use of muscle to power the martial art.
Anyone can access the benefits of Tai Chi regardless of experience, age or fitness. It is truly a lifelong process, as there is always something more to learn.
