Your Memories in Tune with the Dementia Advisory Service

If you are a Carer for someone who has Dementia you may be interested in a weekly sing-a-long held at Laurel Gardens in Hartlepool. It's an opportunity to join in the singing, make friends and remember old favourite tunes. The weekly sessions are aimed at the over 55's, with Carers and other family members welcome. Light refreshments are available as well as team members from the service who can provide advice and support.
