Susan Ross

Hi, I'm Susan Ross. I am an OFSTED registered childminder. I am a qualified NNEB nursery nurse. I also hold a NVQ Level 111 certificate in children and young people.
I have worked with children and families for the past 42 years within private day-care and public sector. My previous job was being a family resource worker, supporting and advising families within their own home.

I have now been a childminder for over 15 years; I am an enthusiast who loves my job. I regularly take part in training course to ensure I am always up to date. I gained an outstanding grade in my first OFSTED inspection. I was inspected in April 2016 and again received an outstanding grade. In November 2019 I received a good grade

I aim to provide stimulating play and learning opportunities for all children, whatever their stage of development or abilities within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. I work closely in partnership with each family, trying to meet their individual needs wherever possible.
