Libraries offer new digital service

Libraries in Hartlepool have launched a new digital service that gives members free access to hundreds of their favourite authors.  BorrowBox is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and enables people to borrow two eBooks and up to five eAudio books for a maximum of four weeks.
