Occupational Therapy Week 2019 takes place from 4 to 10 November and is a national awareness week run by the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) to promote the value of occupational therapists and the fantastic work that they do across the UK. To celebrate Occupational Therapy Week, members of RCOT will be holding events and activities across the UK.

The NHS Northern Gambling Service (NGS) is available to provide specialist addiction therapy and recovery to people affected by gambling addiction, as well as those with mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma and suicidal feelings. The NGS also provide intervention to people close to those with gambling addiction, such as family, Carers and partners.

The national flu immunisation programme aims to provide direct protection to those who are at higher risk of flu associated morbidity and mortality.
Flu occurs every year, usually in the winter, which is why it's sometimes called seasonal flu. It's a highly infectious disease with symptoms that come on very quickly.
