To support our bid to get more people more active and feeling good in Hartlepool, we are launching a new campaign, Move A Mile.

This can be walking, cycling, swimming, jogging or even dacing a mile, we are encouraging all of those who live and work in Hartlepool to Move A Mile anyway they like.

A mile may sound scary to some or easy to others, however it provides us with a target and this campaign is quite simply about you setting your personal goals.

For those of us who are not currently as active, building up to a mile can be a great challenge.  Don't do too much too soon, aim to walk, swim, jog or cycle as far as you are able to fo the first time and then set your goals based on your efforts.
