Join the team and become part of the Warm Hub Network in Hartlepool

By registering as a Warm Hub you are signing up to the Hartlepool Warm Hub Promise to:

• Provide a safe and warm space for those who need it
• Inclusivity and equality is at the heart of Warm Hubs
• Provide warmth without judgement
• People will not be ‘assessed’ to access a Warm Hub
• The Network will provide wider opportunities as needed to provide wider support

Once registered, you can access a free online toolkit/eLearning offer which will be sent to you by email and your details will be added to the Hartlepool Now online directory, which you can view under 'Find a Warm Hub', so please provide as much information as possible to let people know more about what facilities, activities and support they can expect when visiting your Warm Hub.

HOW TO BECOME A WARM HUB

If you are already a member of Hartlepool Now Login to your existing account to update your organisation's Warm Hub details or sign up for your organisation to become a Warm Hub here. A member of the team will contact you with further details following your registration / account update.
