Connected Care - Welfare Notices

Welfare Notices are here if you are concerned about someone and think that they may need a bit of help. For example an elderly person or someone you think is vulnerable. This service can also be accessed if you are worried about something involving yourself.

Connected Care is a local organisation and we are here to put people in touch with those agencies offering 'low-level' specialist support such as emotional support or help with odd jobs around the house.
